WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
For this week, you need to focus on CARDIO/SPEED AND FOOTWORK. We want you to come up with your own workout for this. It's important to find and implement exercise and workouts that are a good fit for you. This needs to be done 5 of the 7 days this week.
Try to find a sand pit to practice your Cardio/Speed and Footwork workouts. Practicing in any kind of sand will help your speed and will increase your vertical. You'll be surprised how fast you are once you get back to the court. If you need suggestions on where to find a sand pit, let us know!
