WE ARE COMING BACK! But with that means adapting to new guidelines. The following outlines our new policies and procedures, effective immediately. These plans are fluid and may change as we get closer to the season. Make sure you are signed up to receive emails in order to stay up to speed.
The current health crisis has disrupted much of what we knew as normal in high school sports. In the wake of this pandemic, new norms have developed; many more will emerge over the course of the summer and fall semester. Despite the challenges and uncertainty COVID-19 has thrown at us, Dakota Ridge Volleyball has responded. CHSAA and Jeffco Athletics set the rules for return to play, which incorporates State of Colorado and Jefferson County general safer-at-home and social distancing rules. Volleyball has been designated a moderate risk sport. The Dakota Ridge Volleyball plan is outlined below. We are excited to start the slow process of being able to meet as a group again! We will be implementing workouts and training phases as county ordinances allow. Each Phase will cost $10.00 per player, which will go to the coaches for their time.
