BEFORE JULY 31st REGISTER ON DRHS ATHLETICS WEBSITE

• Register on Dakota Ridge Athletics website
• ​Download the Sports Physical Form
• Upload Sports Physical onto the Dakota Ridge Athletics Website
  • Within 24-48 hours you should receive a “cleared to play” email from the Athletics Department
