WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
In case you haven't figured it out yet, we want you to focus on CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! Players who are work on this strength will get gassed less easily, and will have increased stamina. These players will be much more successful on the court. We want you to come up with your own workout for this. It's important to find and implement exercise and workouts that are a good fit for you. This needs to be done 5 of the 7 days this week. Work on training for your position. If you're a DS, work on speed and ball control. If you're a hitter, work on footwork, snapping your wrist, and follow through. If you're a setter, work on those hands and focus on setting to specific positions! You need to do 3-4 of these workouts per week.
